I have been attending Nayan sir's class for over a year now & have seen incredible results in my posture, bends - both forward & backward. The stretches are beyond ones imagination & the small suggestions made by him make an huge impact . He exactly knows the students capacity & knows how much to push them . Each class is different  with no monotony. its because of him I'm able to do hand stands & head stands. I thoroughly enjoy & endorse his classes & way of teaching.

Nayan sir, you are just not a teacher, but a guru. The difference between a teacher, and a guru is ,that teacher teaches, while a guru teaches, gives wisdom and  gives clarity to the student according to their potential!!! Thank you for being my guru. 

After sound healing session with Nayan sir I felt that it's really a workout . Today I woke up at 9 a.m after having 9 hours of sound sleep. Like a real peaceful sleep. It's really amazing. Just had tea and breakfast. Feeling mental peace. Thanks so much.
